In August 2019, a year passed since the successfully implemented ticketing and access control system at the Morača Sports Center, Podgorica, Montenegro.

The Morača Sports Center has implemented a ticket sales and access control system consisting of a full height turnstile/electronic gate for entry control, a ticket sales subsystem and an access control subsystem.

Four (4) double and three (3) single full height turnstile electronic gates and two (2) special electronic gates with folding wings have been installed at the Sports Center. All electronic gates are equipped with electronic ticket validators and RFID card readers.

The sales subsystem supports ticket sales and the creation of subscription-free annual contactless cards. A significant innovation in the ticketing system is the ability to create space dynamically, which allows the user to create event space and outlets according to an event to be held at the Moraca Sports Center. The ticket sales system supports all sales channels, sales at the counters of the sports center, agency ticket sales, kiosk sales as well as web ticket sales.

The real-time input control subsystem monitors entry of persons into the Sports Center. The system controls the correctness of each entry and prevents the possibility of double or unauthorized entry into the hall. The measured speed of the person passing through the electronic gate is 3.5 seconds, with the time of reading the ticket, processing the ticket and obtaining the passage permit, as well as the physical passage of the person through the electronic turnstile gate. The achieved speed of passage gives the opportunity to enter the Morača Sports Center of almost 4000 spectators in a time of 20 min.

It is noteworthy that each component of the ticketing and entry control system is PENTA's own product.

After the first year of operation, we can conclude that the ticketing and entry control system has completely met the requirements of our customers and our expectations, and thus fully justified the effort invested in the development and production.
