By the end of December 2014, the implementation of the time and attendance system for the client - Istria Region was completed.

This is the first phase of the project where system provides user identification, identification of employees from Istria Region, by using combination of personalized contactless cards and PIN. The implemented system enables the exchange of data collected with ERP system of Istria Region in the standard method of automated procedures initiated at the users request, all for the purpose of further processing in business model.

Six (6) readers, RFID TMC X2 terminals with developed software was delivered and introduced to five (5) physically separate locations in Pula and Pazin. The system gives authorized persons of Istria Region an insight into the current state of the employees presence, allows working time control, cost reductions, fulfillment of legal obligations...

Developed system for Istria Region which records the presence and use of working time is upgradable, so at next phase, as part of a new project, it`s possible to extend it by the implementation of access control system.
