On Thursday, May 25, 2023, the ICT conference "Let'sGrow" was held at the Hotel Park Plaza Histria, organized by the ICT Istria Association, of which is also PENTA a member. Mayor Filip Zoričić addressed those present at the opening of the conference on behalf of the City of Pula, after which welcoming speeches were made by Reuel Slonim, president of the board of the Arena Hospitality Group, Jasna Jaklin Majetić, president of HGK - Pula County Chamber, and Dean Verbanac, president of the ICT Istria Association.

This is the second edition of the technological Let'sGrow conference, which included numerous expert lectures, panels and workshops attended by successful lecturers, innovators and representatives of the ICT industry, and visitors made new contacts on the spot, received vital information from experts from practice, along with a number of valuable tips and examples of good practice. Everyone discussed the latest topics in the technology industry, trends in digitalization, the involvement of young people in STEM, global projects led from Istria, as well as the participation of women in ICT. The central theme of this year's conference was career. The goal is to encourage the development of ICT careers in Istria and bring the market's potential and needs closer to young people. Many Istrian ICT companies, including PENTA, presented themselves at the exhibition stands, which was an excellent opportunity to show our solutions, employees, organizational culture and values.

Now for the second year in a row, the Let'sGrow conference has become a unique place for the gathering and presentation of the most excellent ICT experts and enthusiasts from Istria and beyond and promotes Istria as an ICT centre with exceptional opportunities for career development and pleasant life.
