In cooperation with Crnogorski Telekom, SMART PARKING systems were put into operation in Podgorica and Pljevlja in August, and thus these two cities have secured an enviable place among European cities in the application of modern technology and smart solutions in arranging public parking systems.

Implemented electronic parking control and management system for 78 parking spaces in the city of Pljevlja includes entry/exit cameras for recognizing vehicle registration plates, automatic hydraulic hybrid ramps for intensive use and parking ticket payment machine made of INOX AISI-304 intended for indoor installation.

Furthermore, for the city of Podgorica, the smart parking system has been implemented in as many as two locations, thus realizing the project as part of the Smart City concept whose development the capital pays special attention to, providing innovative services, increasing efficiency, improving the quality of parking services and contributing a larger number of parking spaces in the city center. Podgorica thus received two fully automated smart parking lots equipped with cameras for reading license plates, parking  payment machine, video & voice operator support and parking management from the operational - control center Parking Servis d.o.o.
They also provided their citizens with free parking until the end of September this year.

With these projects, the cities of Podgorica and Pljevlja are working to improve traffic and quality of life of their citizens, but also increase the quality of service to all visitors to the city, and provide authorities with insight into information that will result in more efficient urban management.
