STRABUC bollards are completely retractable hydraulic columns to control or to prevent the passage of all types of vehicles.

These bollards have role to prevent the passage in city centers and squares with limited circulation of vehicles, pedestrian zones and residential areas, but also to control passage at all locations where it`s not possible to implement one of the classic systems such as barriers, gate or chain.

STRABUC bollards consist of a cylindrical column that lifts up vertically from fixed underground housing, controlled by hydraulic motor and built-in pump. Bollard raising and lowering are perfectly linear thanks to three built-flow rods/rails.

Bollards are controlled by a central unit with a capacity of managing with 4 (four) bollards simultaneously. The housing is designed in manner to guarantee bollard working even in the most extreme conditions. Bollard housing has also three holes in case of floods and necessary water drainage.

The bollard system is expandable with additional equipment depending of user requirements and environment where it will be implemented (safety sensors, beeper, traffic light subsystem, control system via GSM mobile phones and/or contactless cards).

There are several models in STRABUC series: STRABUC 918 Melon Yellow or stainless steel and STRABUC 930 anthracite gray.

Column diameter at STRABUC 918 models is 275 mm, sheet thickness is 4 mm and is being lifted up to 700 mm. Bollard is protected by a rubber and below the rubber there are nine LED lights signaling to provide visibility during bad weather conditions. Easy to install thanks to the cleverly designed housing that is digging into the pavement. Lifting Time is up to 6.1s, and lowering time up to 5.7s.

STRABUC 930 model is designed for installation in environment that requires complete security, maximum protection and impact resistance. This model has no different parts than STRABUC 918, but construction of steel column is reinforced by the sheet thickness up to 12 mm. Column diameter is 275 mm and it lifts up to a maximum of 700 mm. Lifting time is 11.6 seconds, and lowering with 9.9 s. Achieving high security level , this model has became ideal solution for garages, shops, banks and all those users and environments that require a higher security level and need to prevent the passage of vehicles.
