EnTRAX is a terminal with an integrated keyboard and a display for simple time and attendance registration with focus on access control. The 12-digit numeric keyboard with backlight enable PIN authentication, and the on-screen watch and 16 KB of memory allow the terminal data storage for access control (valid cards, blacklist cards) and time attendance records (date, time, user code, etc.). Terminal includes a battery that provides a continuous operation even in case of unexpected power outages. Device case is available in aluminium or plastic version.

• on-line mode - connected to a PC and installed software, the terminal transfers the user card code to the host via RS485 or RS232 port. Automatically switches to off-line mode if the host does not respond to the message in the time defined by the user
• Time Control easy to set up for each day of the week. Each user code can be associated with 8 different time periods. Each time period represents the interval to which belongs certain days of the week. It is possible to enter up to 40 days - holidays
• PIN validation can be limited to specific time periods which allows increase of the security and access control beyond working hours and/or during weekends, holidays
• terminal auto-disconnection - the terminal is configurable in a way that automatically turns off, goes to sleep mode after defined ''X'' minutes of inactivity. Pressing the ''return'' button continues the operation of the terminal
• optional IRDA port allows downloading data using a portable manual computer
