Costumer Training
Each delivery and implementation of automatic identification system implies an essential segment - user training to operate with the system.
Training is usually done at customer's location by the arrival of our employees, and the training of simpler systems or its part thereof can be made exceptionally via Internet (Skype, MSN, e-mail) and/or phone. Training is conducted in small groups with special attention that after implementation customers get all necessary knowledge, therefore that are 100% trained to operate with system.
We`re at disposal for all our user and we find very important that their efficiency when operate is at high level, therefore if there`s need or in case of system upgrade we could always offer additional training.
After conducting a primary training, we continue with customer support (phone, email, skype) where formed team is always available and ready to answer any additional questions about system use.
