Time and attendance has long ago been recognized as essential element of control and management of any business organization, given that such AutoID systems collect and process data that enable efficient management of human resources. Time and attendance systems reduce the need for additional administration, provide greater presence control, optimize work processes, reduce often delays of employees and provide transparent and very useful reports.

Time attendance is performed using cards and / or a PIN, where each employee has a card that approaches near the RFID terminal and leaves information about their identity and working hours. By the advances in technology, todaythere are many interests in biometric time attendance (fingerprint, eye scan, facial scan...) which provides greater control of employees, save time and money since in this kind of systems it is impossible to fake someone else's presence.
